Recommended Posts

If you receive an email requesting verification of your ID then you must follow the directions in the email.

You will find details of requirements within your account, notification , alerts,"we need to verify your ID" open this alert and follow directions.

In my case I downloaded the ID Verification document, completed this then had a copy of my passport certified, mailed this to provided Adelaide address by registered mail.

Send email to [email protected]

Explain your actions and that you are in Thailand, attach copies of endorsed passport and ID verification docs include copy of envelope with postal stamp, finally include a tracking number from your post office receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from them
