Proof vaccination with Thailand Pass

Recommended Posts

Hi, I was hoping someone would be able to advise?

I am a UK citizen looking for visit Thailand soon. When filling in the vaccination section of the Thai pass I can see that you need to upload a certificate for vaccine 1, another for vaccine 2, and another for booster.

I have downloaded my vaccine certificates and on 1 page it has the cert for vaccination 1, and on other page it has the certs for vaccinations 2 and booster side by side with my personal details at the top. I can’t separate evidence of vaccine 2 and booster coz I need my personal details at the top.

when I upload evidence in the section of Thai pass that specifically asks for vaccine 2, my upload will show vaccine 2 and booster on the same upload.

is this likely to be a problem? Might be  a stupid question but are they likely to be picky and say the upload can only include the vaccine in question?

I guess it would be possible for me to ‘rub’ the booster part off the upload.

Is there anyone from Uk who has had their Thai pass approved? How did you go out this?

many thanks

Just upload your latest two vaccines - thats it. Keep it simple.

Also note: The requirement for Test&Go is dropped from 1st May.

The Thailand Pass site is not yet updated for that.

It is yet to be seen if Thailand will make alterations to the site so that people can apply for their Thailand Pass QR code for arrivals from 1st May with submission of just their Passport ID page, Vaccine Certs and US$10,000 insurance (inc. covid cover).

Point of origin is irrelevant for the Thailand Pass.

I have applied 3x for Thailand Pass since Nov. I have 2 Vaccinations and 2 boosters.

I just submit proof of the latest two shots I had and forget about the earlier ones.

Ok great thanks. So I’m my case my last 2 shots will be the booster and vaccine 2.

Both shots show on the same certificate, they are not separated by separate pages. Is that likely to be ok when I upload my evidence?

cheers

Thats fine...    submit / upload the same certificate for both.

You’ll also need to ‘extract’ (crop and save) the QR code on your vaccine certificate and submit that (twice) separately which reportedly speeds up the process (you’ll see where to do that).

If you are not travelling before end of April - don’t bother applying yet, the Thailand Pass site will likely be updated at some point in the next few days.

It doesn't matter. I have had 3 jabs in Thailand. They are all on the same certificate, and they all have the same QR code. I just upload the same certificate 3 times. I've applied for the Thai Pass multiple times and it has never been an issue.

It will go live for applications under the new rules  on 29th April.
