The defendant, Chen Xin Zhuang, a 33-year-old man from China, is the owner of a condominium on Street 95 in Boeung Keng Kang II, Boeung Keng Kang district. He is charged with “trafficking in narcotics, illegal possession of firearms, illegal possession of firearms, violation of administrative measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19”. .
