The associated English language reports are written in technical gibberish intended to impress the reader, or so the author thinks. I suspect that it is being used to camouflage an unimpressive method of managing water resources.

Can any one explain crux of the article? Has anyone explained to the PM that; when the Thai submarine submerges, the displaced water will cause a rise in sea level?

I'm sure our beloved leader understands all this Technology, but he could have at least changed out of his Jim jams before turning up.

Maybe next year they could 'invent' a Technology for Immigration, to scan all documents for a marriage extension instead of the required 61 copies, they could call it 'No-Hack the Trees'  and praise his government again.
