Daily News reported that 16 people were arrested at business premises in Pattaya being used for a drugs' party.

 

Immigration, a police unit involved in international crime and Muang police were all involved in the bust in Nong Prue. 

 

A gaudy, bright area had been converted into a party place where the foreigners and Thais were dancing to music.

Arrested were eight Chinese nationals, five men and three women, six people from Myanmar, five men and a woman and two Thai women. 

 

Many bags of ketamine were found along with trays for sharing out the drug and drug taking equipment.

 

They were all taken away for questioning and drugs' tests at 4.30 am this morning.

My gardener brought a big  bottle of yellowish liquid with him to drink while he worked, told me it was ketamine.

Always wondered why men purchased those little folding fans. Now I know.

Actually widely used by military doctors in trauma cases, it is better than the old "morphine"

I used put a tot of Whiskey in my water... pi$$ on the grass and it would come up half-cut.

I guess the police make more off busting people for victimless crimes than crimes that actually concern the people who live here. 

Didn't realize the Chinese were into ketamine... I thought that was more of a Thai party circuit thing!

Back in heydays of NASA Disco and that Discotheque on Sukhumwit, Emerald Hotel and the ugly big building opposite Fortune Tower we used vitamin K to calm down after 4 days 3 nights parties on vitamin E. But than came square faced PM Shin and whole fun was gone.
