blackcab
It is also possible that she will have to attend an interview in person or by video call as it will be her first adult passport.

blackcab
As the British Embassy do not issue or offer guidance on passports, this topic has been moved to the Home Country forum.
HauptmannUK
She can get a UK passport. She will need to submit the original of the citizenship certificate, her Thai passport and also have someone verify her passport photo (normally a 'professional person' who has known her some years). There MAY be an interview to confirm ID (can be done online).
