From 0 to 10 what do you rate Filipino food

I have tried multiple Filipino dishes and have enjoyed a few(very tasty) but Filipino food is known to having a repuation of complaints for being not too great/having bad taste and etc

 

Ofcourse, I had one of the tastiest foods served from a restaurant in Pinas such as mexican staek(very delicious) and thats why I beleive that they can have good cooks

 

But generally it really is agreeable when someone makes a complaint about the cuisine for many reasons

 

So from 0 to 10 what would your rating be???
