Yossawdee, 46, the owner of the shop in Pakha sub-district said she was alerted to the snake by customers, some of whom shrieked and some whom just wanted the number of the shop (212 in Moo 9) to help with winning the lottery. The vehicle came in useful after staffers failed to get the 2 meter long snake down from the roof with a stick. They stood in the back of the pick-up and lassoed the serpent that had taken up residence by a metal support piece 4 meters up.
