snoop1130 Posted May 18, 2022 Share Posted May 18, 2022 Many parts of Bangkok experienced severe traffic congestion last evening and today (Wednesday), due to flooding caused by heavy rain throughout the night, exacerbated by the reopening of most schools yesterday. Areas heavily impacted included Ladprao, Vibhavadi, Chaeng Wattana, Phahonyothin, Ratchadapisek intersection, Khae Rai and Bang Khen. Floodwater in the area rose over the pavements and reached knee level in some areas, while cars and motorcycles were unable to pass. Back before the internet, before electricity, hell; before popular modern day arabic numbers.
