International e-commerce company, Agoda, requires experienced and energetic Foreigners who has professionals in graphic designer/production. Job Summary:-

Production manager [or Graphic Design Director] to coordinate all web and design projects with in-house designers and other various departments within the organization, including senior mgmt.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop creative designs for web sites, web tools and GUI following the latest usability practices.
  
• Liaise with supervisor regarding requirements for assigned projects
  
• Work closely with all stakeholders on various creative projects & concepts
  
• Ensure concepts and final designs are produced on schedule
  
• Organize and moderate in-house usability testing
  
• Manage in-house designers
  

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
  
• Must have excellent English skills
  
• Excellent graphic and web design skills, including software programs such as Photoshop
  
• Highly organized with an eye for design
  
• Knowledge or website usability issues and search engine marketing preferred.
  
• Able to manage multiple design projects at once
  
• 2-3 years experience in graphic design and project management
