Can you write it in Thai please, or at least put it in a sentence to give it some context.

It's been answered on the other thread I made.

When I look at this forum all of the posts are jumbled up date wise with ads everywhere. That's why when I couldn't find this post, I thought it was gone, so I made another.

He asked about ngee ngao! (both falling tones).

It means Stupid!

I thought stupid was โง่  (ngoo) ..but I suppose ngao is the same.

The ngee is just part of the rhyme in ngee ngoo?

It means "Stupid!" as in "it's the economy,  stupid!",  as in "<deleted>!"

It implies the stupidity is obvious. It is often almost shouted.

Ngoo is more just plain dim-witted.

Years ago I went trekking up north then we all decided to do another motorbike trek. One of the guys got into a front wheel skid near the local market and fell off. his bike, he daid the locals said "Farang Ngoooooo". ????

Just like in English, and other languages, there are many words for stupid, used under different circumstances, and for higher/lower levels of stupidity.

Stupid, idiot, dunce, numb-skull, ignorant, foolish, dull-witted, slow, dumber than a box of rocks, simpleminded, not the brightest light on the Christmas tree, etc., etc..
