I have a question about the thailand pass. Is it possible to leave Thailand (for example, go 3 days in Laos) and return to Thailand during the validity period of this Thailand Pass?

Why risk it ?... just apply for another Thailand Pass for the return date - its free and if you have already made a recent application you have all the documentation it takes less than 10 mins. 

Yes you can make a 3 day trip and get a Thailand Pass to enter the country.

When do the application there is no requirement to state how long will be out of the country since it is only for entry to the country.

Just make another one for the next flight to be sure. If you have the papers then easy to make again.

If you are entering through the same way you originally arrived then it is technically possible.
