Popular Post ukrules
So a tiny discrepancy of 4 ballots where there's a difference of 1872 between first and second place is enough to derail the whole process? Does this mean there were more votes cast than registered voters? I can see how stealing a couple of boxes can happen but the 1st scenario is puzzling.
