Thai - Cambodia Conflict Cambodia Amasses 4,000 Chinese Drones, Sparking Thai Alarm
File photo for reference only In a tense revelation, it has been disclosed that Cambodia is in possession of up to 4,000 drones from China, potentially prepared for reconnaissance and attack missions against Thai targets. The former secretary-general of Thailand’s National Security Council, Paradorn Patanatabutr, highlighted these concerns, suggesting the drones could breach Thai airspace and attack positions along the contentious border. The drones, supplied by China to Cambodian forces, reportedly include around 1,700 for reconnaissance and 2,300 for attack purposes. These unmanned aerial vehicles raise significant tensions, with fears they may be equipped with bombs capable of striking ground targets, particularly in disputed border areas. Thailand has taken a firm stand against unauthorised drone activities in its airspace, especially near sensitive military and government sites, according to Thailand Newsroom. In response to recent clashes along the lower northeastern border with Cambodia, Thai authorities have intensified their warnings, emphasising that any unlawful drone operations could lead to severe penalties, including imprisonment or hefty fines. This development amplifies tension between the two neighbouring nations, as drone incursions threaten Thailand's territorial integrity. The Thai government remains vigilant, actively monitoring the situation to ensure national security and prevent potential escalations. Adapted by ASEAN Now from Thai Newsroom 2025-08-06 -

Thai - Cambodia Conflict Thai Army: 2,500 Cambodian Troops Killed in Border Clashes
Some dates of when all these things occurred or are occurring would be helpful in articles like this. Without that info, it's unclear whether this represents the ceasefire falling apart. From the wording in the article, it seems like the ceasefire has indeed failed, at least in that area? -

UK Sudanese Migrant 'Tried to Snatch Girl in Front of Dad'
Perhaps you can look into quoting stats from the the OBR - who produce official statistics for the government. Those clearly indicate that the average low skilled migrant consumes £hundreds of thousands more in transfer payments than they contribute to the UK economy over their lifetime. Not many doctors and engineers to be found in that group of high achievers. That's aside from all the social costs of uncontrolled migration such as strain on public services, population density, lack of social integration and the like. Not the narrative the BBC and Grauniad like to offer up. Companies like Dominos Pizza love these types of employees - pay them minimum wage, the rest of their incomes and benefits are propped up by the government i.e. funded by taxpayers like myself. I recall the CEO of Dominos begging the Conservative government not to increase the minimum work permit salary because it directly threatened their business model. It went ahead anyways but only seems to have partially worked - my local barber in the UK is entirely staffed by Kurds from the same village, all with families in tow, and I have to wonder how they are/were all earning enough to qualify for a work permit cutting mens hair and why there was no option of finding someone in the UK to earn the WP salary of £37k+. More like a temporary fiddle via money laundering etc. until they got ILR -
