james.d
I made a no knead bread dough, put it in the fridge overnight, then into a Dutch oven this morning. It has risen upwards but I thought it would be 'wider'. Did l handle it too much after taking it from the fridge? I didn't knead it too much I thought. My hand is there for reference and yes the top got a little overdone Edited June 2, 2022 by james.d

I bought a Danish whisk and thought I'd give it a try.
