Vapers’ in the coastal metropolis of Sihanoukville will be on their guard after authorities promised stern action against e-cigarette users. Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police Commissioner Major General Chuon Narin told the media that the authorities will take action against the new type of tobacco or e-cigarette (Vape) after requests from parents and guardians who are concerned on the effect of ‘vaping’ on young people.
