An elderly American woman who became lost after leaving home for a walk last night was found by Pattaya Police this morning, July 1st.

 

The victim, Mrs. Shirley (last name witheld), in her mid-70s, was reported missing by her relatives around 9 PM yesterday, June 30th, 2022. According to reports, she disappeared from her residence in the Pattaya Park Hill Village on the Map Song – Nong Yai Rd in the Nongprue subdistrict of Banglamung, Chonburi.

 

Pattaya tourist police then conducted a search and found an elderly American woman who came to ask for help at the Banglamung Police Station. The woman reportedly stated that she was lost after leaving her house for a walk and appeared confused.

How on earth can a conducted search be said to find her if she walked into a police station alone. Glad she is safe.

She was hiding in the detective bureau....?

With all the sad news around, good to see a happy ending.

That’s good news. Happy she is home safe and sound. 

 

Did the family check all her gold and jewelry were still on her person ?

According to recent reports, it’s a mugging hotspot down there on the Thai Riviera.

People with common sense Do Not walk the streets after dark wearing their jewelry.

Presumably after she prodded him or his feet fell off the desk.

Victim of dementia, or Alzheimer's.  She will need to wear a tracker around her wrist like my grandfather had, it was like a watch.

Glad she was ok.  She might have or have early stages of Alzheimer’s.

Walking ????!!!! I thought Yanks were totally obsessed with driving everywhere and anywhere e.g. to the drive-in bank, to drive-in church, to drive-in coronary disorder fast-food stops? Glad the old gal was discovered, rescued, found, reunited, and quickly un-"victim"ised by plod.

Found safe but maybe she needs some help as she obviously is in need of more care.

Glad she is safe had to smile when I read the police conducted a search ????

When she personally  turned up at the police station asking for
