Last Year 2021 I got successfuly my first One Year Extension based on Parent of Thai Chid with proof 400 K Thai Bank Account and make Report Adress Every 90 days ...

This extension valid until August 2022, 26...

How to get the second one year Extension ? Can I directly extend it at Immigration or have to leave the country before ?

You only need to apply for a new extension at immigration. You can keep applying for one every year for as long as you want to.

Same documents and etc as the one last year.

The majority of immigration offices do not do another home visit. Only a few odd offices do them every year.

once the child reaches age of 20 the parent can no longer use that type of extension..... if rules are the same as when I was doing child based extensions.    

I then changed to retirement as reason for extension

That is a made up rule created by some immigration offices. There is no such rule in any immigration order or regulation.

wow .     it was hard for me to believe when CM  immigration pulled it on me after about 10 years of using it as the reason.

but, the change was no big deal and my 800 k  still sits there (thai bank)

12 years later ...

based on retirement still the easier and quickest IMO  for the renewal
