Does 90 day report apply to long stay in hotel?

Recommended Posts

The 90-day report is like death (used to be "death and taxes" but who pays taxes anymore?).

Please, don't have the Smart Car come after you.   Late, 2000 baht penalty (I think you get a week grace period, might depend on office).

Luckily it has worked online for me the last three times....... but you have to have gone there one time before and not sure if you change addresses.....

Moving from an apartment with 1 year retirement visa to a hotel under a one year contract

A bit off-topic, but what sort of deal/discount did you get for a 1 year stay ?
