khunPer Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 There has been an engine explosion and fire on "Lomlakh 18" en route from Chumphon to Koh Tao this afternoon (Wednesday 20th July) at around 2.30 pm about 3 kilometers off the coast of Chumphon. It's mentioned as a Lomprayah ferry but is more likely a speedboat from Lomlakh-Khirin. The boat was carrying 18 passengers and 2 crew members, all were rescued, but some passengers were slightly injured from burns. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
