Since months no more Covid 19 related measures for domestic travel. Been flying three times from Bangkok to Khon Kaen this year. Nothing. OK, mask wearing in airport and on board. The only things changed is that there is NO food service on board and you have to wear a mask ALL the time! I flew to Khon Kaen on 13th March and then a return trip to BKK from KKC in the middle of May both with Thai Smile. Masks were needed and probably still are.
