Probably best to phone around.

 

Occupancy rates are climbing since the border opened and the Thai Pass got dumped. Lots of Malaysians back in town, but they're generally weekends only, so a paying guest for a month should be able to secure a good deal. Suggest you work out which hotels are best suited for facilities and location then give them a call.
