When my wife applied for her settlement visa we were limited as to the info we could supply because I was in Thailand and could only get my bank statements off the net and some photos. As I have returned home I am now able to get more stuff, like a refference from my employer utility bills proof of money transfers for over a year and my lease plus a genuine offer of a job for my wife from a local businessman who is a friend. Would this information be taken into account at the interview stage or are we at a different stage now.

Thanks

Yes. Anything relevant presented at interview must be taken into consideration.

Your wife may need to take the initiative in presenting it. This could be difficult if she is intimidated by the prospect of interview. Rehearse her as best you can.

Do not place too much faith or emphasis on a job offer. You are required to provide for her. Settlement permits employment, not the other way around.

Good luck
