Vulnerable COVID Patients Get Drugs via Telemedicine

BANGKOK, Aug 8 (TNA) – The National Health Security Office started to deliver COVID-19 medications to vulnerable groups of patients via its telemedicine system today.

 

Government spokesman Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana said that NHSO started to send antiviral molnupiravir to the COVID-19 cases who were elderly people, those with underlying illnesses and pregnant women today. It handled the cases through the Clicknic app and its telemedicine system and they would receive the medication in time to protect them from developing severe symptoms.
