Canadian Immgration just wanted to see a vaccine record but then she just scolded me to have it next time. The Canada immgration at Vancouver doesn't even use the Thai app or QR code. You can upload your Thai Vaccines on a BC vaccine registry records website ( for those vaccinated abroad ) submit it, takes about 7-10 days, then can print a Provincial and a Federal QR Code paper document.
