Arriving in Vancouver after departing BKK there is no e-koisk or scanning for your QR code. Canadian  Immgration just wanted to see a vaccine record but then she just scolded me to have it next time. The Canada immgration at Vancouver doesn't even use the Thai app or QR code. They dont even use there own so all just stupid just fly as normal. 

Yeah that arriveCAN BS. I had mine printed back in March for arriving - nobody asked for it. You can upload your Thai Vaccines on a BC vaccine registry records website ( for those vaccinated abroad ) submit it, takes about 7-10 days, then can print a Provincial and a Federal QR Code paper document.
