THAIPHUKET
Please explain how does the reach of an Ad blocker work? What limiting relevance has the email address with which the Ad blocker is registered? Ideally the Ad blocker's reach should cover the entire device, Does it or are multiple blockers advisable? sometimewoodworker
Add blockers work in various ways, not every one works in the same way. Different people have different needs so there is no 1 blocker for everyone.

"If you don't pay for the product, then you are the product" Free ad-blockers are free for a reason, they farm your data, your surfing habits and sell them to a third party. They probably want your email address to associate that data, put a name to a face. They have your location, your email and your behavior. Like SWW says, different folks, different strokes - for this site and many others, a pi-hole works for me. Brave might work for you, seems like a decent open source project.
