You need to be careful and clarify you want top soil. Otherwise you could end up with a truck full of deep soil which can be very much the same as builders sand. As suggested a garden centre would be a good starting point. Small loads can work out relatively expensive when the delivery is taken into account. If the volume is not too great it may be worth while considering buying compost and mixing it with builders sand, you could collect both yourself.
