Ordered Tomzn Breakers On Lazada and got This. What a waste to send the whole way from china and not even send what i ordered. Return already initiated.

Good that Lazada has a very effective returns/refund process.

Unfortunately these kind of things are happening more frequently these days. I try to avoid buying from Chinese sellers but, if I can only get the item from China, I ask a lot of questions of the seller. If they skirt around the quetions with vague answers, then I don't order. It's a real shame because there are lots of good sellers from China using the Lazada platform.. As has already been pointed out the platform does have a very good return and refund system.
