Confuscious
I have a lot of "dead" batteries, which I collected over the years. Not knowing where to deposit them safely, the collection grow now to a box size. Is there any place in Thailand where I can deposit the batteries? Popular Post Eaglekott
We put them in a see through plastic bag and hang it by our normal waste bin for the trash collecting people to see and dispose properly. I noted that many times the bag disappear before the garbage truck is passing so I think it has some value for others as well. Same with glass bottles, plastic bottles, boxes and styrofoam. Disappears quickly. 3 1
Thingamabob
You will find a number of people will be only too happy to take your used battery, including your refuse disposal operatives.
hotchilli
Presuming you mean you have collected "small" size batteries I'd put them in a clear plastic bag and put them adjacent to an outside wheelie bin. Local recycle scouts will soon see them and take them away.
KhunLA
Most malls have drop offs for used batteries. The OrBaTor office should also have a drop off, or know of one, since they usually are in charge /contracting of trash pickup. Last district we lived in did. The site I linked was all AIS vendors, I think. Any electronic shop that does repairs would also point you in the right direction, as assuming they need discard quite a few. If all fails, before I knew about drop off sites, I just duct taped them to the community trash bin, and let the 'collector' decide what to do. At least knowing they now have (LiPo), and don't compress in back of truck unless wanting start a fire.

Typically, the BMS is fried, or one of the cells inside is dead. 1
