topswijaya
Dear all, Is it common to sign 3 or 6-month condominium room rental agreement? What I see at an online advertisement is always at least 1 year condominium room tenancy. Thanks
rankric
IMO thats not common and that can present a problem to some people who need proof of a 1 year rental contract for certain visas.
Richard 2020
The minimum rental period in a condominium is fixed at 3 months! In most condos this is to be read at the reception also clearly recognizable! In some even in front of the condo to avoid annoying inquiries from tourists! So that tourists just can not rent!

How many tourists stay 3 months in the same place, especially in a city like Bangkok?
