Hi there, All wasn't right with my laptop so after several efforts to rectify the problem I decided to totally reset Windows 11. Everything was going fine except my Zenmate VPN Pro won't install. Every time I've tried to install this program I get a message that states Zenmate could not download the needed files. Please check your internet connection and retry. I've checked my internet connection an retried many times. Same result, nothing. Thanks.

Be sure the installer and related .exe programs aren't being blocked by the firewall.

Yes, I followed the info supplied by the Zenmate support team and nothing happened.
