AFP / Anthony Wallace MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines condemned Friday North Korea’s recent missile launches which it said “further increase tension and undermine peace and stability in an already volatile region.” The Philippines also called on all parties to exercise “utmost restraint.” It also urged North Korea to comply with its obligations under UN Security Council resolutions and commit to peaceful dialogues with South Korea.
