There's a new medical visa available from January, authorities worried about protests during APEC, Thai police on top of the crackdowns and investigations into illegally owned businesses in Thailand, more floods in Phuket, and THAT cat 'Nuan' and a guest appearance from Dina.

New Long Term Resident 10-yr. Visa offered since September 1st now has 625 recipients.

About 50% are Smart S (startup); Smart O (Other) and T (Talent) I judged at about equal at 20% each. Deminimus for Smart E ( executive) and Smart I (investor).  

Target 1 million applicants over next five years.
