hi all

my gf is in uk on a fiancee vise, we need to get married by december, and intend to get married in next 2 to 3 months

until we get married then she is not allowed to work, however she would like to do some kind of unpaid volunteer work, now I can't see why this would be a problem to the UK authorities, however I would rather be safe than sorry on this

Does anyone know if it allowed to do unpaid volunteer work in the UK until we get married

I'm afraid the prohibition is upon employment full stop - paid or unpaid.
