A leading doctor said the number of Covid related hospital admissions was on the rise while the number of deaths was still below 10 a day. 

Hospitals were seeing an increase in the take up of vaccines, The advice is to continue to wear a face mask and take precautions.

 

REPRESENTATIVES of a group called the ‘People Stop Apec group’ submitted a letter to eight embassies to highlight  the violence used by government officials in dispersing their protest march during the apec summit , 

And to highlight a report on human rights violations. They urged their leaders to take a stance on that incident.

 

Around 500 people, including religious leaders and students, gathered outside police flats in Narathiwat where a car bomb exploded on Nov 22, killing one police officer and injuring 31 others. 
The group demonstrated against violence and the bombers. 

 

Police raided a temple in Petchabun and arrested all 4 monks that resided there after they tested positive for drugs. All were forced to leave the monkhood, 

Local residents said there was now no one there to carry out religious duties. Just a handful of dogs and cats remained.

The Hong Kong leader John Lee said his government will ask China's National People's Congress Standing Committee to rule on whether foreign lawyers can be involved in national security cases.

Lee's announcement came after Hong Kong's top court ruled that a British lawyer could represent pro-democracy tycoon 74 year old Jimmy Lai in a national security trial, rejecting an appeal by the government to bar foreign lawyers from such cases.
