It was a picture of a tuk-tuk that was parked outside Central World in downtown Bangkok. On the back of the three wheeler was an advertisement and QR code for a football gambling site. It was just around the corner from the Royal Thai Police headquarters in Pathumwan. Thai netizens loved the irony of the ad that featured Lionel Messi. Gambling on football is illegal in Thailand, notes ASEAN NOW.
