sanook 1
Should the name in tabien baan state/match with who is the owner of the land (no chanot) the house is built on, or can the landpaper be in another persons name?
jvs
I believe the Tabien ban has nothing to do with who owns the house/land. It states who lives there,if you rent a house your name can be in the blue book. Only for Thai people, for foreigners there is the yellow book. 1
Gottfrid
Yes, it will be an advantage dealing with administration if the name on the land is same as in the blue book.
