People of Hoi An's Cam An Ward of the central Quang Nam Province saw a decomposing body of a man swept onto the beach. The man was wearing a T-shirt and black jeans. Around six km away, at a beach in Dien Ban Town, another man's body was found the same morning. He was wearing black pants, and suspected to have been dead for several days.
