Scam Thailand Post

I got one on my phone app which I've deleted as we have nothing to pay Thailand Post. Interesting that it appears to be only a phone scam rather than an internet/email one. I use AIS - have others received the message via other companies or has AIS been hacked - again, if memory serves?

I realize this isn't technically a scam but a couple of times I have tried to send a letter overseas recently if it is too thick to go through their testing slot they tell me it has to be registered.

So if I want to send a book that really has no value it has to be registered.

Has anyone experienced this?
