geejay Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 Hi Everyone Could anyone please give me some information regarding The Renewal of Retirement extension. What is the earliest or how far ahead can I apply for my early extension based on Retirement at Jomtien Immigration as I have to leave Thailand before the renewal date. Thank you in advance.
DrJack54 Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 Thinking Jomtien is 30 days (stand corrected) . For many office if you can provide flight out they can let you apply for extension early. Your extension will be granted overnight at Jomtien and you can buy reentry permit at Jomtien immigration or airport. 1
yeahbutif Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 My agent told me can be renewed max 3 months before expired date. And renew date stays the same as last expiry date.

Official Immigration Bureau website states 45 days Buriram, for example, allow 40 days. I have also heard that agents quote 3 months before.

Lorry Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 Does anybody know an agent in Bangkok who can do it 3 months before?
