The World Health Organization (WHO) has called on Chinese officials to share more real-time information on Covid in the country.

It comes as infections surge across China following its decision to lift many restrictions.

During a meeting on Friday, WHO officials called for more data on hospitalisations, intensive care unit admissions and deaths.

About time, China must stop telling so many lies and they should stop the flights out of China until covid 19 is under control.

I think they are on a mission!

There are several problems with China's current stand on Covid.  It was probably not the best thing to go from Zero Covid and strict lockdowns to what they are now doing.  They have not been forthcoming about the death rate, and little is known about what variants are circulating.   They are doing themselves no favors, and certainly not the Chinese people who will be traveling.
