Was wondering if anyone had any experience? Appreciated! What can be an investment in Thailand? A fixed deposit in a Thai bank with at least 50% Thai shareholders. If you want to renew your visa from year to year, then it must be over 10 million baht in your account from year to year. Government bonds. They are issued in a limited number and the size of the purchase is regulated, so it is hard to invest 10 mln baht in bonds solely. Acquisition of a condominium for this amount (the cost must be confirmed by the land department). Property rental for at least 3 years. Several options from the above for a total amount of over 10 million baht. For example, a 7 million baht condo, a 2 million baht fixed deposit, and 1 million baht worth of bonds.
