An improperly attached steel coil being transported on a tractor-trailer rolled over and crushed the truck's cabin in Dong Nai Province when the vehicle stopped suddenly last week. The trailer’s driver braked hard at a red light as the vehicle sped along National Highway 51 in the southern province last Friday, security camera footage showed. The trailer was carrying three steel coils and the coil lying closest to the cabin slid out of position because the chain securing it was not large enough.
