The President of the Andaman Guide Association has clarified about a rumor about officers allegedly extorting money from a Saudi Arabian tourist

It happened a long time ago, was never investigated, so I'm sure it didn't happen.

Clarified.

The rumor was clarified by pointing out that..…fair, honest, and professional police only extort money from tourists that can afford it…… and everyone knows Saudis have lots of money.

True. I still have to meet a Laotian or Burmese who had 1 million, or even 27,000 baht extorted by Thailand's finest.
