Yes - sorry about that was fixed on the end of year date for exchange rate.  ????

You have to include all of your accounts for the correct valuation, I used three bank accounts, and it is the highest amount at anytime during the year

Each account is reported individually with max value of each.  Believe you mean if highest total value of all accounts is over 10k you have to do FBAR reporting?
