Pattaya — Three suspects who claimed to be government officials have been arrested after intruding into a man’s house in Pattaya and robbing him of 8,000 baht on February 7th.
 

Banglamung Police are hunting for a remaining three suspects. The arrested three suspects have been identified only as Mr. Roongrote, Mr. Piya, and A (alias), 16.

Roongrote, Piya, and A were arrested on Saturday, February 11th, after they reportedly marched into the house of Mr. Prasit Surprasert, 37, and accused him of being a motorcycle thief.

I guess calling them Fake Cops might be confusing.

No word about the brother of the victim who was also kidnapped from this guys?

Calling them "fake cops" would also be incorrect as they weren't impersonating the police.

Demanding money with menaces makes them real government officials surely ????
