Why do many shops close during the daytime in this video?

Near the end of the videoT 21:49 you see a man pushing a cart and it appears he is possibly getting into position for tge day.

 

On another note and to 

be honest many places which closed during Covid have not reopened yet. 

 

A question for you would be to also find out what day of the week this is and at what time of the day?  Many shops and stalls are closed on Mondays, and many shops do not open up until 11 am. Just some Info.

On a Sunday many shops in a rural district town are closed.

Mainly small private shops with household goods, machinery etc.

In our district town all the shops with farm equipment/machines are closed on a Sunday.

 

But on the other hand, many shops seem closed for good (no signs, no nothing). Can't tell whether this is from the Covid nightmare or a general downturn of that area?
