Pattaya — A teenager received a death threat after he posted on Facebook a picture of an alleged thief who stole his air conditioning compressors on Thursday, February 16th.

The suspect snuck into Mr. Phakawat’s workplace in Soi Chaiyaporn Withi in Pattaya’s Banglamung district and stole two old air conditioning compressors.

The 17-year-old victim, whose full name was not disclosed due to his age, reported the incident to the Nongprue Police. However, the authorities’ response to the case had been quite slow, he said.

Considering it was a death threat you'd think they'd get a move no before the alleged theft case becomes more sinister.

It was/is not about a lot of money. There are priorities...

And the thief, recognizing himself on photo, admitted to stealing them ("compressors are just a few 100 baht"), give out his location ("don't you know I live just behind your house") and make death threats to the victim.

I wonder how hard it will be for Pattaya police to crack this case. I mean... it's nearly unsolvable, right? All that you have is:

- suspect's photo

- suspect's confession

- suspect's location

- suspect's name

- further evidence of crime

Follow the money.

There isn't any?  Well no point in leaving the office, is there?

Looks like the police compressed their response to non profit related incidents ????

Suspect's money?

The biggest problem is that the victim is a teenager, and there is no money in the case for the police.
