Thai e-visa site and captcha issue

Featured Replies

trying to verify email for evisa website to apply for single entry visa

stuck in captcha loop
have tried:
incognito window
browsers other than chrome - edge, mozilla, avg secure browser
tried on mobile phone over carriers celluar connection
updated chrome, cleared cache, autofill, browse data/ history etc
made sure java script was on

I have followed all steps online I could find and am still effectively locked out of the site

anyone else have this issue?
any other suggestions?

I fly at the end of October and booked my trip for 35 days when it was still 60 days visa exempt. do not want to fly in with onward ticket showing over 30 days. should I just book a cheap flight to a neighboring country inside the 30 day limit and then extend at immigration in country

You told us what you have tried, but you didn't tell us what the problem with the captcha is - doesn't it show? Does it report that you entered the wrong captcha? Or something else?

You seem to have tried many times, so this is probably not the problem but the captcha is the worst I have seen using letters and digits as it is near to impossible to see the difference between the number "1" and the letter "l" and between the number "0" and the letter "o" due to the used fonts. Whenever a captcha includes any of these numbers and letters, I always ask for another captcha.

sorry i get this message -
'CAPTCHA is invalid. Please try again."

apparently these are a thing 'A CAPTCHA loop error happens when a verification test repeats endlessly even after you solve it correctly'

I have never encountered issues like this before. Yes this captcha is hard to read and there are time I may have got it wrong but some are very obvious. I have tried all the google suggested solutions to no avail

Then you have probably written the wrong captcha, which can easily happen if one of the letters and numbers I mentioned is in the captcha. I know, you have tried many times, but try again and ask for a new one if the captcha contains one of those letters or numbers - or if it for other reasons are difficult to see the letters and numbers. As I said before, it is the worst captcha I have seen on the net using letters and numbers.

Oh, I forgot to mention: Make sure you type correct regarding uppercase and lowercase.

''A CAPTCHA loop error happens when a verification test repeats endlessly even after you solve it correctly''

it is a know issue with these things. I was asking if anyone else had encountered it on this website and any known fix

Log out and log in again.
Captchas can be case sensitive and as already mention hard to distinguish certain letters from numbers.
Keep choosing another captcha until it's clear and don't try if unsure.

'Log out and log in again.' - I can not log out as I have not logged in. I can not even get my email verified.
'Captchas can be case sensitive and as already mention hard to distinguish certain letters from numbers.' - not really you just zoom the page in and then it is quite clear
'Keep choosing another captcha until it's clear and don't try if unsure.' - Yeah I have tried that.

it is quite clear this forum was the wrong place to ask for assistance with this issue

Sounds reasonable if you can't get the evisa.

Shot in the dark but try registering with a different email address.

I was going to suggest a bulletproof solution to your Captcha issues, but you've completely lost my interest now.

I have had the same problem. Ignore the captcha and leave it empty. Enter your email and password and click enter/submit. That should get you in.

Or it might get you this:

You haven't made it clear whether your trying to create an account, or log into an existing account.

That is what I got unfortunately.
I have subsequently dusted off an on old laptop but got the same error
Tried brave browser from a suggestion on another forum but that did not work either
Perhaps will try logging in on a friends PC

Had similar a couple of times using my phone to login on the 90 day reporting site. Tried again the next day and it worked fine.

Yet another antagonistic post removed from OP.
