Daily News Thai Caption: Everyone loves their wife

Daily News reported that Rom Klao police and Poh Teck Tung foundation rescue were called to a parking lot for rented cabs for container trucks in Soi Somboonsap 3 in Lat Krabang, Bangkok, last night.

Shot dead at the scene was 47 year old Chartree Klankleung, the owner of CPDD Transport Ltd who had five vehicles for rent at the parking lot.

He had been gunned down with eight shots from a gun of unknown caliber.

Six shots had hit his torso and two in the left arm. A ring, necklace, and keys to a Mercedes Benz E300 that was parked by the body were recovered.

The victim was reportedly still alive when rescue arrived but he didn't last long before succumbing to his injuries.

The shooter was Bunma, 45, who rented in the area and lived in a container at the site.

His wife had been having an affair with the rich owner. It was thought that their differences had been settled.

But last night the jealous husband was set off after his wife delivered a plate of "yam wun sen" (spicy salad with vermicelli) to Chartree who was eating with employees.

He was shot at eight times.

Before the suspect fled the scene he was heard to shout: "Mia Khrai Khrai Ko Rak".

Everyone loves their wife.

Maybe so, but being in jail for many years many other men will be free to love his wife.

I'm wary of having affairs if the husband lives in a container. And I guess he couldn't contain her, either

I had to read the thing just to find out what a "container man" was.

Can't wait for the "cardboard box man" headline.

"being in jail for many years" ??  One man murdered, should mean 2 men dead!

It ended up a lead laden spicey salad unfortunately ????Rip

Seems she had other ideas.

That's sometimes really questionable how long your terms will be in the Bangkok Hilton! I know a guy in our village who has killed 2 of his drinking bodies with a garden hoe about the next payment of a round Lao Khao. He was faster back in the village as my work contract of 2 years in Saudi was completed.

The Spiritual Director of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia, Ajahn Brahm, used to say "No need for revenge, Karma will get the bastards anyway".

True for all three of them, but I cannot help to feel the most sorry for the husband.

If not already doing so

But it seems his wife did not love him.

"Don't mess with other guys wives" is probably engraved somewhere on a Sumerian tablet.  Some advice is never out of date.
